Pricing & VAT
How do you set your prices?
We purchase all our stock at retail price and sell to other shops at a small margin above cost. For example: if we buy an item for £50, we typically sell it for £70.
Do your prices include VAT?
All English-listed products already include VAT in the displayed price. If VAT is not included, this will be clearly stated in the item description.
Chinese-Sourced Products
Where do your Chinese items ship from?
All Chinese products are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is charged per kilogram.
Who delivers my order?
We use our trusted Chinese shipping partner to send your parcel. Once it arrives in your country, it is handed over to a local courier — this may be DHL, DPD, FedEx, Royal Mail, or another reliable provider.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery takes 8–15 days. During busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), please allow a few extra days due to slower customs processing — note that DHL has been particularly slow in 2025.
How do I track my order?
- Once your item is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number for your local courier.
- Please note: it can take up to 48 hours after your order is sent for us to receive and share your tracking details.
What about pre-orders?
Pre-order delivery times differ and will take longer than standard orders. If you have any questions about pre-order timelines, feel free to message us directly on WhatsApp.
Insurance, Damaged & Missing Items
What do I need to make a claim?
To file an insurance claim for missing or damaged goods, your video must clearly show:
- ✅ The unopened shipping box and shipping label
- ✅ Removal of all bubble wrap and protective packaging
- ✅ The exact condition of the items inside
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, we will recover the funds from our supplier and process your refund as soon as possible.
